Week of November 30th

Dear Bulldog Families,

As we transition from November to December, one thing remains the same...a season of gratitude. Amongst all things 2020, I am grateful for our Bulldog families and students. It is the time spent with your children that bring me hope and joy, and I am forever grateful for that daily gift. Last month, our students filled a GIANT pumpkin with statements of gratitude; many of the comments conveyed their thanks for family, friends, teachers....and their pets and social media! This month we will be focusing on the gift of Kindness. "Courteous" is one of the four parts of #BulldogPromise, and Kindness is simply holding to that promise. Acts of Kindness will be documented on snowflakes and celebrated on our Kindness Tree in our foyer. Ohhhhh, you know this means a competition! Bulldogs, stay tuned, as details will be shared out during the Principals' Message Shout Out on Tuesday, December 1st! Let's fill those boughs with frosty snowflakes and show Palermo what we know... Bulldogs have the kindest hearts!

Outdoor Awards Assembly

Let's C-E-L-E-B-R-A-T-E! The weather appears to be in our favor...YAY! We'll be celebrating our students' successes from 2019-20 with Superintendent and Principal awards AND Trimester 1 awards. Students' families participating in the drive-thru awards assembly have been notified with the specific details. Keep up the great work, Bulldogs!

**If weather is not in our favor, students will be recognized for their accomplishments in their classrooms with their teacher and classmates.

It's time to take a memory of this school year! Pictures will be taken on December 9th and 10th while your child is on campus. Specific times for our students remaining on Distance Learning to come onto campus to have their smiles captured will be shared by their teachers.
