The team is looking good! They are so supportive, flexible and encouraging to each other. We know this is going to be an amazing competition season for them!
Choreography
Our next choreography date is Friday November 1. We have an outside choreographer coming in, so please ensure your athlete is present and ready to learn!
Additional Practice Dates
The coaches are looking at our available dates in the upcoming months to try to determine if additional practice dates are necessary and when those can occur. Our goal is to try to avoid adding practice dates on our school holidays so the team can have plenty of downtime to rest their bodies and have fun. We are working on this schedule and will send proposed dates to the team and parents as soon as it is available.
Team T-Shirts
The girls would like to order a team t-shirt and have approved a design. It's a red, long-sleeved Comfort Colors shirt. We are working with our t-shirt vendor on a price and will get that information out as soon as it is received.
Team Fee
The team fee for the competition team is $185 and should be paid to GMS Cheer by November 1. This fee goes directly to our NCA competition entry fee and payment for our choreographer. Note: Girls who were members of the 2018-2019 competition team have a $100 credit towards their team fee for this season because we were unable to compete last year. As a result, their total team fee for this season is $85.
