FVE NEWS
December 2024
Dear Frontier Valley Families,
It is hard to believe that we are almost at the mid year mark for this school year! Our school theme this year is “Imagine the Possibilities”, and we are really proud of the growth that we are seeing in our students at this halfway point. Our elementary progress report will be ready for parents to view at the start of winter break. This is an exciting time to celebrate the progress that our students have made over the first semester. We are very proud of our students, community, and staff at FVE. It takes all of us to create a positive environment for our students and staff. We appreciate the continued support in making our school the best place to learn/work. We are looking forward to a wonderful 2025 at Frontier Valley!
Cheerfully,
Kiersten Hall

COUNSELOR'S CORNER
In our classroom lessons, we are continuing to learn about how to be an upstander and stop bullying. Students are learning how ro recognize bullying and the difference between bullying and a conflict, how to report, and refuse bullying.
We are thrilled to announce our upcoming Career Fair on Tuesday, April 29th! This is a fantastic opportunity for our students to explore different career paths, spark their imaginations, and learn about the endless possibilities for their future.
To make this event a success, we need your help! We are seeking parent volunteers to share about their careers with our students. Whether you're a scientist, artist, business owner, healthcare worker, or any other professional, your experiences can inspire and empower our students.
Volunteers will have the chance to present to small groups of students, answer their questions, and showcase tools or materials related to your work. If you're interested in joining us, please contact me or fill out this form: Link to Career Fair Interest Form
Thank you for helping us make this event a memorable and enriching experience for our young learners!

One of the key benefits of PLCs is the ability to share best practices among teachers. When educators come together to discuss what works in the classroom, they can implement these strategies across the board, leading to more consistent and effective teaching for all students.
