Congratulations to our First Semester Honor Roll recipients! This week these students were recognized during their lunch block with their certificate and a cookie provided by the WMS PTC.

Our next Student Activity Night will take place this Tuesday, January 14th from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M.

Students will need their student ID and $8 to enter.

Come and enjoy a fun night of activities!

Concessions will be available for an extra charge.

Can a fly help solve a murder mystery? Come to Science Club Thursday Jan. 16th after school and find out! We will meet until 3:30 PM.

Homestead invites you to experience our 8th Grade Open House on Wednesday, January 15.

Please plan to enter through the new Auditorium Door #33 and come/go as you can from 5:30-7:00 PM.

During this Open House, we will showcase all that Homestead offers.

Welcome Back, Woodside Families!

We hope you had a wonderful winter break! As we ease back into our routines, we’re excited to share some upcoming events and celebrate some special people:

📅 January 14th at 10:30 AM: Join us for the next PTC meeting. It’s a great chance to learn about what’s happening at Woodside and explore ways to get involved.

🍴 January 28th, 5-9 PM: Mark your calendars for our next Everybody Eats night at Casa’s! Dine in or carry out to support our school.

🎉 Congratulations to our January Volunteers of the Month, Shannon Tiedemann and Abby Updegraff! These amazing volunteers worked tirelessly to ensure our winter formal dance was perfect for our students. We are so grateful for their hard work and dedication in making the event such a success!

The SACS Education Foundations is excited to continue the SACS Superstar Award for the 2024-2025 school year. This program allows students, families, and employees to nominate ANY SACS employee who has gone above and beyond to serve our SACS community. The foundation will recognize one employee each month from September through May with a $250 award.

Parents of 7th/8th grade students-The Teens for Nature program at the Fort Wayne Zoo is now accepting applicants for summer 2025! Teens for Nature is a leadership program and an exciting way for students to develop leadership and teamwork skills while exploring the Zoo. Teens will learn, grow, make new friends, and have fun! This is a wonderful chance for students to engage with the community and learn about wildlife conservation.
