Fall Conference Links
Parent teacher conferences are a great opportunity for you to learn about your child’s academic progress, work habits, and peer relationships. We offer conferences twice a year. For fall conferences, we ask every parent to schedule a time with your child’s teacher during one of the allotted times. In February, we encourage parents to attend the optional conferences.
Fall conferences will be on October 23rd and 24th. Again this year we will be offering conferences both in person and on Zoom. Parents need to sign up for a time with their preference using the Sign up Genius below. Every effort should be made to schedule a conference during one of the offered times.
- In person conferences will be offered on Wednesday, October 23rd from 5:00-8:00 PM and Thursday, October 24th from 1:40-8:00 PM
- Zoom conferences will be offered on Thursday, October 24th from 10:00 AM – 12:40 PM

Virtue of the Month
This year, Good Shepherd has implemented a new curriculum called Disciple of Christ, Education in Virtue. This program was developed by the Dominican Sisters of Mary, Mother of the Eucharist, and is based on St. Thomas Aquinas’ teachings on the virtues and gifts of the Holy Spirit. Here at Good Shepherd, we are focusing on introducing a new virtue each month. So far, students have studied loyalty. The virtue of the month for October is prayerfulness. Students have been enjoying learning each virtue and demonstrating what it means to be a Disciple of Christ.
