- Band Photos & Rehearsal: 4pm-8pm

- Arrive dressed in blue traditional shirt, black athletic shorts, and long black socks
- Bring a change of clothes for rehearsal after photos
- Bring a snack or light meal for short break before rehearsal

FRIDAY, AUG 2
- PERFORMANCE - Escadrille Fan Fest (5pm-8:15pm)
- Enter Band Hall (Door 29)
- Arrive dressed in Escadrille Dri-Fit, Khaki Shorts
- Students will bus to/from Watters Creek; No pick-up at Watters Creek
- Full Band Performance will be at 7pm; spectators should arrive early for best seats
SATURDAY, AUG 3
- Rehearsal: 8am-12pm (@ AHS Track)
- Parent Volunteer Training Opportunity - Learn2Load: 8am-10am
- Learn how we load our trucks for games and contests!
PRIVATE LESSONS
Make sure you are signed up for private lessons! May of our teachers are teaching during summer break and are filling their schedules for the Fall. You can schedule your lessons during morning rehearsals (beginning at 7:30am) and during your band classes with most of our teachers. We have a new oboe teacher and we have added an additional bassoon teacher.
To sign-up for lessons, simply communicate with one of our teachers to schedule. If you need help finding a teacher, please don't hesitate contacting your band director.
ABSENCES/TARDIES
Please see HANDBOOK for information regarding absences/tardies and the code of student conduct. During summer band rehearsals, PARENTS need to e-mail the director listed below if a student will be absent - there is no Excused Absence Form. Absences/tardies of any kind during the summer band rehearsals will not affect grades or ensemble placement, however your status in the contest show depends on being at rehearsals. You may lose your marching status/assignment based on absences/tardies of any kind.

Join us for two informational volunteer meetings this week. Tuesday, 7/30, is Volunteer 101 where we will cover general volunteer details. Saturday, 8/3, is Learn 2 Load. Come out and learn about the logistic side of volunteering such as loading the trailers, moving equipment and more.

Spirit wear will be online tomorrow. This will include percussion and colorguard items, jackets, the first steps package and more. Senior parent shirts will only be available this week.
