WE is getting into the fall spirit by having a pumpkin 馃巸 decorating contest of your favorite book character.
Pumpkins can be dropped off in the library by Thursday October 17th or Friday, October 18th.
The pumpkins will be on display during our Little Shop of Stories bookfair. A $10 book fair certificate will be awarded to one winning student in each grade level.
After book fair the pumpkins will be on display in the library until October 31st or you may pick them up on the 30th for Halloween decor.
**All Staff members may participate!
Contest Rules
Fill out this entry form (one will be sent home on Thursday 10/3 in communication folders)
路 You may use pumpkins or gourds or both to create your project. (our library is small so we appreciate smaller gourds)
路 Absolutely no carved entries.
路 BE CREATIVE! To decorate you can use paper, glue, paint, markers, pipe cleaners, fabric, or other craft items on the pumpkin.
路 Projects must represent a book character.
路 On the entry form available in the library write the title and author of the book. Bring the
book or a picture of the book cover to display with your pumpkins/gourds.

Prizes!
Judges will vote on Monday October 28th. Winners will be announced Tuesday, October 29th. A $10 book fair certificate will be awarded to one winning student in each grade level.
