Things to Remember:
- Regulate cell phone use! Students should not have cell phones out during instructional time.
- Students should not be allowed out of class except to go to the restroom, the nurse, or to the counselor. DO NOT let students out of class for trivial reasons: getting something out of their car, going to get something they forgot from another teacher, etc.
- Maximize instructional time: teach and engage from bell to bell
- Be proactive instead of reactive-monitor students and do your best to redirect and solve issues before they escalate.
It's A Great Day to be an Owl!
