😷🤒 Sick Season is upon us! If your student has a fever or the stomach bug, they can return to school once they are 24 HOURS FREE of a fever or vomiting. Please help us with reducing germs by keeping your kiddos home if they are showing symptoms. Robotics Club is going to be starting back up this Thursday, January 16th after school at 3:15 - 3:40 with Mr. Kattam. Flyers were sent home last Friday with students that showed interest in joining. If your student is interested in joining and did not receive a flyer, have your student ask their homeroom teacher for a copy. The sign up sheet is on the back of the flyer and needs to be returned to school by Thursday, January 16th for your student to have permission to stay after school.

Students & their families/chaperones at Jay Peak receive our amazing discounts while visiting Jay Peak even outside of our scheduled field trip dates! This is an amazing opportunity we hope that your families are able to take advantage of. This is valid for ALL K-8 schools in the Maple Run district.

***You will need to show proof of having a student/staff member at our (one of the) school. You can do this by bringing the latest report card / school badge.***

Here is the letter that was sent home to families with students in grades 4 -8 with information about the Jay Peak Foundation Ski/Snowboard field trips! We are so fortunate to have this opportunity as a school!! A big shout out to our very own PE teacher, Tyler Cook, who does a lot to make it happen, along with all the teacher & parent chaperones, and of course the instructors at Jay Peak!

4th/5th Grade will be going to Jay Peak on the following Mondays: January 13th & March 10th.

6th/7th/8th Grades will be going to Jay Peak on the following Mondays: December 16th, February 3rd, March 24th & April 14th!

If you have a student that will be participating in the Jay Peak Foundation Trips please be on the lookout from their homeroom teachers regarding information about their Field Trips.

In the month of December, our K-5 students came together to explore empathy—understanding and sharing the feelings of others. Each class reflected on what it means to be a caring friend and a thoughtful peer. As part of this celebration, students nominated classmates who truly embody empathy in their actions and words. Teachers also selected a student from their class to receive the Empathy Award!

Join us in celebrating these incredible students who remind us of the importance of kindness, understanding, and connection.
