It has been another amazing week at Patton! MAP test results will be emailed to families today (Friday September 23rd) directly from the District.

The weather appears to be heading closer to "fall temperatures" next week so please do bear that in mind when sending your children into school and don't forget to label those jackets!! We also have quite a collection of sweatshirts and water bottles in our lost and found so if you are missing anything, please have your child take a look at school.

Don't forget there is NO SCHOOL this coming Monday (26th September) so I hope you all have a wonderful 3 day weekend!

Parent Teacher Conferences will be on Thursday, October 20th (8:15 AM - 7:45 PM) and Friday, October 21st (8:15 AM - 11:45 AM). A SignUp Genius link will be sent on SUNDAY, OCTOBER 2nd at 7pm. Please be on the lookout for the email on this date.

The focus of Parent Teacher Conferences will be to review your child’s current progress and performance as well as learning goals for the school year. We hope you take advantage of this opportunity to meet with your child's teacher during Parent Teacher Conferences. Your involvement in your child’s education is very important and we appreciate your partnership.

Our Panthers are in incredibly capable hands with our new nurse, Lauren Pecora. Lauren joins us from Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, where she worked for the past 6 years, and is looking forward to a different pace here at Patton. Lauren lives with her husband and her boxer dog, April.

Fun Fact: Lauren is currently learning Italian!

Patton teachers and staff work so hard to support our students on a daily basis. We invite you to fill out this google form if you would like to recognize a staff member or a team for their hard work. We will pass on the good news to them. Thank you in advance for sending an encouraging word as we know it will mean so much to our staff.

Every family member who RSVPs will get one ticket for candy, one ticket for popcorn, and one ticket for a juice box. We suggest bringing your own outdoor chairs, blankets, and bug spray.
