It is hard to believe we are at the end of the term already. We wish to thank you all for your support over the term including: Attending Learning Partnership Day, Sporting and Cultural Events, Assemblies, Camp, and other activities. We REALLY do appreciate your support.

We really enjoyed seeing some of you who could make it at our Open to share learning morning, where our tamariki, proudly shared their term's learning with friends and whānau who could attend - thank you.

We also appreciated many of you who attended our special REACH assembly this afternoon, great to have your smiling faces with us today.

We hope you have an awesome break with your whānau over the next couple of weeks.

We celebrated the many achievements of our swimming at our school swimming sports this term, including our Kāhui Ako o Kōhanga Moa Swimming event.

Congratulations to all the swimmers.

We are extremely grateful to ALL involved in the planning, development and construction of the new Miro and Kelly Street Crossings. Yesterday we were involved in the Official Blessing and Opening of these. Thank you all. During the blessing our Pukerangiora Hāpu representatives' shared a korero around the manifestations on the footpaths, Miro Street are based around the Manu/ birds, singing their beautiful sounds and the notes welcome all along the path toward our kura. The Kelly Street ones are based around our awa/rive Waiongana iti and represent kaitiaki, the guardians of our environment. The bubbles and living aretures found within our awa welcome all along the path and toward our kura/ school.

Please remember school is closed for instruction on this Monday and normal classes resume after ANZAC day Wednesday 26 April. We look forward to seeing you all then.

We welcome everyone to come along to our Dawn Blessing 0630 Friday 28 April. Our Tomokanga has been crafted over the past two years and we are very excited to have this finally up as a significant piece within our kura / school. We will share a narrative around this event Wednesday 26 April in advance of the the Blessing on Friday 28 April.

Happy Birthday to Reid Dalliston, Regyn Adams-Wilson, Xavier Rawiri-Gear, Olivia Peach, Scarlett Rose, Shardae Morrell, Neko Hovell, Elisha Nielsen, Charlotte Sandford, Marlin Kendall, Elias Eveleigh, Bentley Burkhart, Madison Piddington, Lincoln Lawrence, Lazarus Leausa-Elliott, Boston Kedgley, Paisley Williams, Colton Nielsen, Mcaulay Saunders, Mia Young and Stella Wellstood who are celebrating their birthday's this week and over the holiday break.

Last Friday evening at the Inglewood Athletics Prizegiving, Harper Bailey and Hannah Williams were awarded a range of trophies and broke club records for their age group. They were the only Inglewood Primary School students.

If you or you know of anyone, wishing to enrol their child at Inglewood Primary School over 2023 or into 2024, please get them to email the Office with the child's name, date of birth, parent's name and contact number, so we can put them on our pre-enrolment list. This is for both IN ZONE and OUT of Zone Enrolments
