Dear Students and Families,
Hello Fuller Flyers,
We are excited to announce that we are planning our programming this Fall!
If there are more sign-ups than available seats for a particular club, a lottery will determine enrollment. Your schedule will be printed and handed out, as well as sent to the email provided.
After-school clubs do not run for half days, early releases, or school closures. Behavior expectations and policies are the same as the school day.
Principal Clubs– are after-school clubs that meet once a week. Their format and offerings depend on teacher availability, the principal's preference, and meeting slots per session. Consequently, not all sessions may have a specific club running. We conduct registrations in three sessions: Fall, Winter, and Spring.
21st Century Program -- It is similar to the club, however, this program has the duration of the whole school year. Students can adjust their schedules each Fall, Winter, and Spring session. Securing a spot during the Fall unit November registration ensures your place for the entire year.
REGISTRATION CLOSURE:
If you register for the program after September 25, 2024, please allow a few days to receive confirmation from the OST Coordinator. Note that students cannot start the program without receiving this confirmation
*DUE TO LIMITED CAPACITY, WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION FOR ALL*
After School Schedule:
2:30 pm - 3:15 pm: Snack
3:15 pm - 4:20 pm: Clubs
4:25 pm - 4:45 pm: Craft-Lab
4:45 pm - 5:00 pm: Dismissal
If you have any questions or need more information, please email:

BUS INFO
We provide transportation free of charge to stops assigned by the transportation department. Each middle school has a set amount of buses that cover certain areas of the city. Stops are assigned when students register for clubs.
Stops are typically not your normal school day stops, The After School Coordinator will provide you with the bus stop assignments exclusively for the after-school program.
For any changes of address, it's important to inform the school office and adhere to their requirements. Additionally, please promptly notify the After School Coordinator once the updated address is available on the ASPEN platform. Keep in mind that the transportation department requires a notice of 48 hours to arrange a stop in your area.
Families can also track late buses through the same app, EDULOG PARENT PORTAL LITE APP. Please reach out to the OST coordinator for bus codes. Buses leave the schools between 4:45 and 5PM.
While on the Bus
Riding the bus is a privilege and the failure to adhere to these guidelines might result in consequences, which could include being denied access to the bus. It's important for all bus passengers to recognize their responsibilities and adhere to certain rules and behaviors to ensure a safe and comfortable journey for everyone. Ultimately, respecting the privilege of riding the bus contributes to a positive experience for all passengers and helps maintain a smoothly functioning transportation system.
INCLUSION MENTOR
Community Resource Development (CRD) is dedicated to engaging all children in Out of School Time (OST) Programming at the Preschool through 12 levels for Framingham Public Schools. In an effort to holistically and successfully support all students, the following is the district’s inclusion process for OST activities. CRD strives to provide reasonable accommodations to individuals with various needs who meet the basic eligibility requirements of the OST Programs. Reasonable accommodations may include providing aids and/or services, as may be needed to ensure that a student with disabilities may be afforded equal opportunity to participate in the OST program unless necessary accommodations would be a fundamental alteration to the program or would create an undue financial or administrative burden. If it is determined that the requested modification would be a fundamental alteration or undue financial or administrative burden, the District must consider whether alternative accommodations would provide an equal opportunity to participate.
