Open House
Carlisle and Sullivan Elementary/Middle Schools are hosting Open Houses on Tuesday, August 6th, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM. Feel free to drop in anytime during this window - it's a come-and-go event! This is a perfect opportunity to meet teachers and staff, tour the facilities, drop off school supplies, and get excited for the new school year!

Attention Parents and Guardians!
As we gear up for an exciting new school year, we need your help to ensure all our students are safe and healthy. Here's what you need to know:
Student medical plans (asthma, diabetes, seizures, food allergies, etc.) must be submitted by the first day of school.
Updated vaccine records are required for all new students and those entering 6th and 12th grades.
If you had a health plan last year, you should have received forms in May. Haven't gotten them? No worries! Reach out to our school nurse, Amanda Wheeler, RN, at awheeler@swest.k12.in.us.
