Event Information and Volunteer Opportunities
Winter Wear Drive
The Winter Wear Drive is less than two weeks away! From November 11 - 15, PACT and the student WEB (Where Everybody Belongs) group are asking for donations of new and used coats and other cold weather gear. The highest priority needs are winter boots sizes 2-8 and snow pants in both kids and young adult sizes. There will be drop off points at the school as well at other community locations.
Mustang Donuts
Mustang Donuts are back! Students will have the opportunity to purchase donuts during school on select days. The first Mustang Donut day of the year is Thursday, November 14! $2/donut; cash only.

Advocacy
Learn about ISD 279’s 2024-2025 legislative priorities and contact your legislators to ask them to support the priorities you’re passionate about.
PACT Meetings
One of the best ways for parents and caregivers to know what’s going on at MGMS and positively affect the school is to attend a PACT meeting. PACT Meetings are held once a month (except March and December) from 7:00–8:00 pm. 2024 meeting dates are posted on the website. There is always an online attendance option; some meetings also occur in person.
