There is no school on Monday, November 11th in honor of Veterans Day. See the following information about Waltham's 2024 Veterans Day Ceremony and Circle of Remembrance Dedication happening on Monday at 11:00am at City Hall, 610 Main Street - rain or shine!

On Thursday morning, Northeast will host the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education's Commissioner of Education, Russell Johnston, along with members of the Massachusetts Business Alliance for Education, and a few others. Superintendent Mendonsa, Assistant Superintendent Kent, and PreK-5 Director of Humanities, Anne Curry will also be present. The purpose of this visit is to observe our Ignite Reading Program in Grade 1 and engage in conversations around the benefits of this one-on-one tutoring program. We are honored that they chose Northeast to visit and are excited for them to see all of the great things our students and staff are doing!
