Greetings from the Wellness Center,
Did you know physical activity has a significant effect on the mental health of adolescents? On average, teens who exercise more have lower levels of depression, stress and higher levels of positive self-image, life satisfaction and psychological well-being. Exercise may also protect mental health over time. Need more ideas? Stop by the Wellness Center in M-2.

Staff Spotlight
Mr. Daniel Rodriguez is an English teacher who brings a unique blend of passions to both the classroom and his personal life. He’s the kind of teacher who’s always ready to help his students refine their writing skills, but he also has an energetic side outside of school. His love for golfing is well-known among his colleagues. When he's not on the green, you'll likely find him by the lake, rod in hand, casting a line into the calm waters.
But Mr. Rodriguez's hobbies don’t end with sports and nature. When it's the weekend or a long holiday break, he becomes a fierce gamer. It is a hobby he enjoys in his downtime.
Mr. Rodriguez is always present and fully engaged in the classroom. His students respect his dedication to both his hobbies and his work, and his ability to balance them all.
