BPMC is a peanut-restricted environment
To protect the health and safety of all students at the school, please be careful not to pack nuts of any kind in your child’s lunch. This includes peanut butter and any items that have been produced in a facility that processes nuts.
If you would like to bring in a snack for your child’s birthday, please ensure that the food does not contain nuts of any kind. Feel free to ask your child’s teacher, the school nurse, or the cafeteria manager for nut-free lunch or snack alternatives. If your child has any allergies, please notify his/her teacher, the cafeteria manager, and the school nurse.
High School Ahead Information
Cedar Street Dismissal
Pick up tags have been distributed. This year you will notice a new QR code at the top right of the tag. We are implementing the QR codes for a faster dismissal process in addition to improving the safety of our children.
Please make sure that you only scan this code when you have arrived to the school. The submission of this form informs the adults and children that you are at school for dismissal. Any form that is filled out prior to students’ dismissal time causes confusion and will not qualify for dismissal.
If you are unable to utilize the QR code please make sure to speak with our Cedar Street dismissal team daily for them to call your child for dismissal.
Thank you for your cooperation!
Picture Day information coming soon!
School Hours
- Student Hours: 9:10am – 4:05pm
- Doors will open at 9:10am. Please do not drop your child(ren) off early and leave them unsupervised. We do not have enough staff to appropriately supervise. Our school is located on a busy street, and we want everyone to be safe.
- Dismissal times:
- 3:35pm - PS, PK & K ONLY
- 3:45pm - 1st – 3rd grade
- 3:55pm - 4th – 8th and students with older siblings in 4th – 8th
If you will be picking your child up from school, please park on surrounding streets or pull up to the Cedar Street door.
- ALL changes in dismissal require school notification. A parent signed note is best, and phone calls can be accepted before 2:00pm.
- Early Dismissal (Pick-up before 3:00pm) - This is strongly discouraged. Completing the full school day is important to your child’s success.
