This document contains all the details you need for the upcoming TMEA performance—schedule, logistics, performance-related info, and important forms. Wednesday (2/12/25) - Departing for TMEA

• Call time for all singers is 6:30 AM.
• Please read the Trip Packing List in the newsletter and remember – 1 suitcase per student! (You can have a backpack/purse addition to the suitcase)
• We highly recommend comfy walking shoes like tennis shoes, as there will be a lot of walking. No heels, please!

Attire for Wednesday - Friday:

• On Wednesday, we will wear the long sleeve blue TMEA shirt with bottoms of your choice. Please come to CHS wearing your long sleeve TMEA shirt.
• Thursday will be a free day – check the weather and pack appropriately, but remember to follow CHS dress code.
• On Friday, we’ll wear this year’s black choir shirt with your choice of bottoms.

Code of Conduct Reminder:

You all signed the Coppell ISD Fine Arts Code of Conduct at the beginning of the school year. You represent our program, our school, and, most importantly, our community. Please be mindful of your words and actions, and always remain respectful and kind while in San Antonio.
If any issues arise, our Assistant Principal, Mrs. Wanderski, will take the lead. Please understand that actions do have consequences, which may include being sent home at the responsibility of your parents or guardians. We know that this will never happen because you are some of the kindest and most caring students we know.

Health Reminder:

Please continue to wash your hands often and use hand sanitizer every hour or so. Drink lots of water, and we hope you got some rest this weekend. Take care of your voice, and don’t scream!

To parents/guardians attending A Cappella's concert next Friday, please note: You do NOT need a ticket or badge to attend A Cappella's Concert on Friday (2/14) at 8 PM. The concert is free with open seating, first come, first served. A badge is only required to enter the exhibit.

• 9:00 AM: Stop at Buc-ee's in Temple (snack/bathroom break, 30 minutes)
• 9:30 AM: Depart Buc-ee's for San Antonio (159 miles, approx. 2 hours 19 minutes)
• 1:00 PM: Lunch at Paesanos Riverwalk (111 W. Crockett, San Antonio, TX 78205)

• 11:30 PM: Box lunch (Chick-fil-A)
• 12:30 PM: Load bus for Mission Trail
• 12:45 PM - 1:30 PM: Perform at Mission Concepcion (807 Mission Rd, San Antonio, TX 78210)
• 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM: Perform at Mission San Jose (6701 San Jose Dr, San Antonio, TX 78214)
• 2:30 PM: Load bus and return to Convention Center
• 3:00 PM: change into concert attire
• 4:45 PM: Warm-up, CC 305
• 5:15 PM: Sound check, Stars at Night Ballroom
• 5:45 PM: Quick bite to eat (Box dinner from Jimmy John’s), Hemisfair 1st Floor
• 6:45 PM: Final uniform check, ensure hair and makeup are set.
