#2= Cheerleading Registration Closes at MIDNIGHT

All cheerleaders must be registered and paid for online by May 17. You can find all registration information on the NGFA website: www.ngfa.com. Cheerleader paperwork can also be submitted at GPP on May 17 from 10am-2pm at the GPP Community Center. See details about paperwork below.

#2= Football Uniform Fitting/Registration & FULL Teams Close

Event Information

#1= Football Uniform Fitting and Registration

Use this opportunity to turn in paperwork and get your player fitted for their uniform. You will need to submit all required paperwork before your player can practice, but the sooner the better!


After May 17th, individual age groups/team will close if full.

Register ASAP at www.ngfa.com!


Cheerleader paperwork can also be submitted at GPP on May 17.


GFL-mandated documentation for all cheerleaders and football players:

  1. GFL Physical- ORIGINAL copy of your 2025 GFL Physical, signed and stamped by the physician's office. The physical must be dated for 2025!! You can print a copy of the GFL Physical Form at www.ngfa.com.
  2. 2025 GFL Registration Form- pick up this form at in person registration and turn in before you leave. You will need to have the document signed by both parents/guardians.
  3. Birth Certificate- Parents must present an original Birth Certificate at in person registration and must provide a copy of their athlete's Birth Certificate (this is replacing the NSID process).
  4. 2025 Baseline Concussion Test- a certificate of completion is required for Middle School aged football players and cheerleaders (details will be provided at in person registration).
  5. Proof of Residence for all 8th Grade Athletes- 8th Grade football players and cheerleaders will be required to provide documentation of where they are zoned to attend school in the Fall of 2025 (details of GFL approved documentation will be provided at in person registration). You will also need a copy of your student's 7th grade transcript/report card.


Uniform Fitting:

Please plan to bring shoulder pads to make sure you get the correct jersey size. If you do not have shoulder pads yet, we will have a few available for you to use. This is also a great time to start to think about the equipment your player will need for the season. Shopping early may help you find some great deals!


All players will receive their full uniform, helmet stickers, and socks which are included in the NGFA registration fee. However, each player will also need to get the following items for the season:


  • Helmet
  • Tethered Mouthguard
  • Shoulder pads
  • Knee pads
  • Girdle (for games)
  • Padded Practice Pants
  • Practice Jersey (ask head coach if they prefer a specific color)
  • Cleats

We are so lucky to live in a community where the high school program wants to pour into our youth program, and this year there are several opportunities to get in some summer conditioning. This conditioning is for both male and female athletes, and is a great way to help them get acclimated to performing in the heat. Please see the graphic for more information, and use the QR codes to sign up. Also, don't forget about Coach Godfree's Meet the Coach Night on May 5!

NGHS Cheerleading Youth Summer Cheer Camp

The North Gwinnett High School Cheerleading program is offering a Cheer Camp this summer to anyone who may be interested in learning more about cheer. This is a fundraiser for the NGHS Cheerleading program and is not the same as our NGFA Cheer Camp in July (which is paid for with your registration fee). Please see the graphic for more information!

  • 6/7y = 7
  • 8y = 8
  • 9y = 14
  • 10y = 24
  • 11y = 18
  • 12y = 9
  • 8th Grade = 32


    • Please don't worry if your age group currently has low registration numbers! Many families wait until the 1st uniform fitting to register. However, please be reaching out to friends to sign up!
