If you did not purchase a yearbook, there is a limited amount available for sale - send an email to hamiltonelementary@cfisd.net with your students name and teacher. A payment request for $50 will be sent to your student's School Cash account.

Reminders...

Moving this Summer?

If your student is in PK, K, 1, 2, 3 or 4 grade and will not be returning to Hamilton next school year, please send an email to the Registrar, jessica.ripple@cfisd.net.

Chromebooks

If your 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th grade student is not returning to Hamilton Elementary, the CFISD issued Chromebook and charger will need to be returned to the school.

Medication Pick up

Please pick up your child’s medication by May 29th, no later than 3:30 PM.

According to CFISD Board policy FFAC (local), medications must be retrieved from the clinic by a parent/guardian or designated responsible adult.

Medications not collected by this deadline will be disposed of according to CFISD policy.

PBIS Spring Fest

As we wrap up another fantastic school year, we are excited to host our Spring PBIS Fest on Tuesday, May 27th! To make this event a success, we need parent volunteers from each grade level to help facilitate games and activities and collect PAWS Bucks.

Attention 5th Grade Parents:

5th Grade Day is around the corner and we are looking for volunteers to help make the day amazing for our students! Do not sign up to volunteer at Urban Air and the HES pizza party. They are back-to-back events and require different volunteers, so choose one or the other.
