Discussion Prompt: Synergy is as easy as 1-2-3. 1=I=new Ideas, 2=V=Valuing differences, 3=W=Willingness. Thinking about the activity in this video, have you ever experienced a situation similar? Maybe you had to work together with someone in a center or on a project at school. One person may rush through the activity to get it done, while the other person wants to make sure everything is done right. How does it benefit everyone to work together and use their strengths?
