“Where faith soars, minds excel, and futures ignite”
Greetings STM-STC Families,
I pray everyone has safe and enjoyable Halloween evening tonight. Let us remember that tomorrow is All Saints Day, a day where we as Catholics celebrate the lives of our many Saints.
Just a reminder, if you have not done so already, and can make yourself available we have plenty open in terms of volunteer opportunities at the Bazaar. This is our biggest school wide event of the year, and it takes everyone to help make this event a success. Please sign up if you can to help!
Lastly, we are heading into a very busy time of the year, with many days off between now and the middle of December. Students are not here on 11/1, 11/11, 11/15, 11/27(start of Thanksgiving Break) and 12/20(start of Christmas break).
Yours in Christ,
Matt Zipp
Upcoming Early Dismissals & Days Off
Please make sure you are communicating these dates with everyone in your family. There have been a few occasions where students have been here well past the early dismissal times or even on days off, a grand parent or family member is sitting out front waiting for dismissal. See below for the upcoming early dismissals and days off, and forward to those who are responsible for picking your child up. Thank you!
IMPORTANT VIRTUS REMINDER!!
Please check your VIRTUS account to make sure you are up-to-date on all trainings. A new training was assigned to all registered volunteers in May. You must complete this training BEFORE volunteering. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Paula Dossa in the school office or by email a pdossa@stmstc.org. Thank you!

Those students who sold 5 or more boxes received the permission slip and order form for the limo ride to Chick-fil-a this week. Please make sure to send those in by Monday, November 25th. The Magic Boxes and 5 lb. bars of chocolate will be handed out next week! Thank you again for all of the amazing support this year!

2024 Christmas Bazaar
….."You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch"
The Christmas Bazaar is by far our largest event. We ask each family to donate six hours (or more) for each child in the school. Volunteers may be parents, grandparents, or other responsible persons over the age of 14. Each grade will sponsor a booth or stand, but feel free to sign-up to work any stand, that needs help!
There is a spot where you can write the name of the student you are volunteering for, if you have a different last name from the student to ensure they get credit towards the mandatory 20 hours! Use the link below to sing-up for your shift. Earn a dress down pass for each extra shift worked.
** Please complete your VIRUTS training PRIOR to working the event. The link can be found at the bottom of the newsletter under Important Links. **
Bazaar Classroom Schedule
On Friday, November 8th, students will have the opportunity to attend the Bazaar during the day, at which time the bazaar will be closed to the general public. A limited "day-time" kitchen menu will be opening at 11:30AM. The day-time menu will be shared soon!
Bazaar Tickets
The Bazaar utilizes a ticket system for all games, snacks, food and merchandise. Tickets will be accepted for all purchases at the Bazaar, at all stands, booths and tables. Saint Michael the Archangel isn't a saint, but rather he is an angel, and the leader of all angels and of the army of God. This is what the title "Archangel" means, that he is above all the others in rank.
Redemptorist preacher and reformer. Clement preached, built orphanages and schools, and established a vast Redemptorist presence in the city.
