Blessing of the Classrooms
Father Gadoury visited our classrooms on Tuesday. Each class, student, staff and teacher received a blessing for the new school year.
Making 10!
Second graders worked in pairs to review their "making 10" skills with a fun game. Reinforcing and reviewing skills is so meaningful when you can do it collaboratively and have fun in the process!
Team Building
The first week of school is always so important to build class and school culture. Here, our eighth graders worked together to complete some team building activities. They make a great team!
School Attendance
In the event that your child will be absent, late or dismissed early, please contact the school office at (401) 767-5906 by 9:00 am so our office staff can inform your child's teacher of their absence or end of day dismissal changes.
Counselor's Corner
Good Shepherd is excited to welcome back Miss Sam, Miss Megan, and Miss Nakeena as our school counselors for this school year. Please read the letter below from Mrs. DeOliveira explaining their roles here and what to expect. If you prefer that your child do not participate please click the button below to deny participation. Thank you!
Open House
Families are cordially invited to Saint Raphael Academy’s open house, where they’ll have an opportunity to tour the campus and meet with staff, teachers, coaches, and other parents and students. Saint Raphael Academy (grades 9-12) nurtures students to become their best selves—academically, athletically, and spiritually. Students experience a unique combination of small class settings, college-style learning, and a supportive community, which shapes them into well-rounded, critical thinkers and doers. Ready to become a Saint? To learn more and pre-register for the open house visit saintrays.org.

We ask that parents click the blue link below to activate your account in order to receive access to this important school information platform.
Cellphone Policy
As a reminder for all students, cellphone use during school hours is prohibited. If students need to reach out to parents, they must go to the school office during break time to make the call.
Changes of dismissal should not be made through text messages during the day as it becomes a challenge during end of day dismissal.
All cellphones and Apple Watches should be kept in your child's backpack during the school day to avoid disruption during class time. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
