Some ways to help your students show citizenship:

1. Follow and respect the rules/social contracts of the school and community.
2. Do your part in taking care of the environment.
3. Volunteer.
4. Respect friends, neighbors, family, etc.
5. Help people in need.

Mrs. Young had her first chemo treatment on 1-15-20. She has THREE more to go! We will support her by wearing PINK the Wednesdays before her treatments so mark your calendars for

PINK AND JEANS TO SUPPORT TERRI - Feb 5th!

Also, Mrs. Young thinks she may cut her hair the weekend of Jan 31 and to help her transition back to school, we will ALL WEAR HATS with her on Monday, February 3rd! Please share with your students.

1-5th grade: please let Diana know by January 31st if you would like to nominate a student for the gifted and talented screening. Be mindful of the characteristics of gifted students. Scholastic Collaboration Event

We are excited to announce Goliad will be hosting a make and take. Austin Elementary will also be invited to attend (Molly’s other campus). Molly will be here on Jan. 29th to help facilitate. This is a come and go event. Come grab some goodies and leave when you wish. We will have game boards, stations activities, picture cards, and more. Everything will be from either Fountas and Pinnell or Jan Richardson’s The Next Step Forward in Word Study and Phonics. We look forward to seeing you!
