FRIDAY MORNING REHEARSAL / PROCEDURE REHEARSAL & PARENT PERFORMANCE
Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to rehearsal to put cases in locker, get any equipment needed for rehearsal, etc.
FRIDAY (8/13) - Full TWB Rehearsal morning
- 7:00AM-8:00AM PreGame rehearsal in the normal rehearsal parking lot
- 8:00AM You will be shown where you can change into your school clothes
Full TWB Procedure rehearsal and parent performance in the evening
- 4:30PM Team Meeting in Band Hall (Full TWB)
- 5:00PM Learn Friday night procedures and practice for Meet The Pirate Night/ March to Stadium
- 6:00PM Dinner/ Change into Warm Weather Attire (WASH IT FOR TOMORROW)
- 7:00PM March to stadium/ Parent performance
- 7:30PM Parent Performance (pushed back a little due to football practice in stadium). Parents will be called to the field to have their child teach them how to march...be ready.
INSPECTION FOR FRIDAY & SATURDAY
WARM WEATHER ATTIRE
- TWB Cap or Visor
- TWB Polo (tucked in)
- TWB Shorts
- TWB grey belt
- SHORT black socks WITH NO LOGO
- MTX Marching Shoes (Air Dixon's)

SATURDAY SCHEDULE

VARSITY REHEARSAL (No prop crew or sound crew needed)
8:00AM-11:00AM Varsity Rehearsal (learning movement 2)
MEET THE PIRATE FAMILY NIGHT (TELETHON FUNDRAISER POSTPONED)
6:00PM Band Hall will be open
6:45PM Head to inspection areas
7:00PM Inspection
7:15PM March to Stadium
7:30PM Event begins - National Anthem / TWB performs PreGame Show / School Song
8:15PM Event concludes / march back to band hall and dismiss
