What is your role at Souhegan?
Paraprofessional and Freshman Class Co-Advisor
How long have you been with Souhegan?
This is my 5th school year here at Souhegan!
What do you love about your job?
I love working in and out of many grade levels and classrooms building connections with students. I am fortunate to be able to be a part of so many different journeys and hopefully leave a lasting impression.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy time with my husband and four children. I’m a New England College student pursuing a teaching degree in Elementary (K-6) and Special Education (K-12). I love the beach, traveling in our camper, coaching youth softball, and participating in 5Ks and 10Ks to support charities.
If you were given one wish what would it be?
I wish I could take away all the hurt, pain, and suffering from anyone experiencing these struggles.
Do you have a favorite quote or mantra?
“Positive thoughts create positivity.”
Athletics
Winter Athletics Fees
Invoices for outstanding Winter Athletics user fees are being sent out. Many families are close to the annual $400 cap (excluding Ice Hockey), so you may receive an invoice for an amount less than the full fee. Your invoice will indicate if the cap will be met.
Please log into MySchoolbucks starting Tuesday, 1/28, to check for invoices, which will appear below your child’s cafeteria balance. Invoices can be paid via MySchoolBucks, cash, or check (made out to the “Souhegan Activities Fund” with your child’s name in the memo). The Athletics department will send additional communication as well.
