Volunteer Sign-In Procedures
Every volunteer that comes into the building during school hours needs to sign in via the Raptor system (the computer in the foyer) You will need to have a valid ID (a driver's license or state ID card) with you every single time. You will scan the barcode on the back of your ID and follow the steps on the screen. A visitor sticker with your picture will print out for you to wear visibly for your entire time in the building. To sign out all you need to do is remove your sticker and scan the barcode on the sticker at the same computer. This will automatically sign you out!

Volunteer Thursdays
We are looking for volunteers to help complete teacher projects (copying, cutting, laminating, etc) on Thursday mornings from 9:30 to 11:30! This is a great opportunity to get to know your school and to support our busy teachers. All volunteers are required to complete some paperwork their first time in the building each school year. Please send your students bundled up!
Make sure your students have gloves, hats and heavy winter coats for school. Even if they don't necessarily need them during their morning routine, stick them in pockets or backpacks. It's also a good idea to write names on tags if you can. We send students outside for recess as often as possible and they may also be outside for dismissal, dress them warm!
