Spring Salon film
Friday, May 17th is the Student Showing of the 100 Years of the Spring Salon. This will be showing at the Rivoli Theater on Main Street at 8pm. For free tickets, visit www.smofa.org. The film itself is about 20 minutes and we will have treats, free swag, and a q&a with the filmmakers. The film features a few current SHS high school students including Nichole Gonzalez, Magdalena Marquez, Hildy Mangum, and Presley Johnson. It tells the story of the students who started the Museum and the Spring Salon over 100 years ago!
Sage Creek Elementary Time Capsule
All Seniors who attended Sage Creek Elementary are invited to come to the school on Monday, May 20th, at 11am, to open the time capsule they helped make in 3rd grade.
Boys Golf Tryout Meeting

Walking at Graduation
Seniors! Walking at graduation is based on 4th term detention hours. Students should have 5 detention hours or less for 4th term to walk at graduation. Be in class, learn and finish strong!
Student Store Clearance Sale
Starting Monday, May 13th, the SHS Student Store will be offering the remaining hoodies and crewneck sweatshirts for $15. T-shirts will be $10. Don't miss a great deal on SHS apparel.

Gear Up For School
July 27, 2024 at Riverview Elementary (628 South West Park Drive, Spanish Fork). Each school-aged child will receive a backpack filled with school supplies. Other free resources will also be available at this event. *Backpacks are first come, first serv. There is no guarantee. Child must be present to receive a backpack.
Success in Education (Technology camps)
This year Success in Education is hosting a three-week summer camp for middle, junior high and high school students at the Advanced Learning Center (161 E. 400 N, Salem). This camp aims to equip students with valuable skills in a fun and engaging environment. The program will run from July 8th to July 26th, 2024, excluding July 24th, and will be divided into three exciting subjects:
Week 1 (July 8th - 12th): Cybersecurity - Students will explore the world of digital security, learning the best practices to protect themselves and their information online.
Week 2 (July 15th - 19th): Game Development - Students will delve into the fundamentals of game creation, and experiment by building their own games.
Week 3 (July 22nd - 26th, excluding 24th): Career Exploration - Students will gain insight into various technology fields, meet professionals, and discover their future paths.
