Many thanks to all who donated to the silent auction and to Mrs. Kim Edwards for coordinating the event. Special thanks to our PTA for running our Secret Santa Shop and to all of our volunteers. We couldn't do it without you!

Final Days!
Many families are taking advantage of the free, easy eWallet option for spending this year. You can access that information by selecting this link and loading funds. Your student has to bring nothing to the fair and gets to focus his/her energy on selecting desired items from the fair, not carrying a check or cash. It really is that easy.

Learning about Weathering & Erosion
Students have been learning about weathering and erosion and how environmental factors impact our geographic location including the Chesapeake Bay watershed. To further explore these processes, students created a watershed model to develop an understanding of what a watershed is and gain information about impacts of natural Earth processes and impacts humans have on the watershed.
Special thanks to our parent volunteers; Mrs. Mileto; Mr. Jason Hayes, Science Supervisor; and Ms. Margarita Rochow, Elms Environmental Educator for planning and executing this experience for students.

We encourage you to ask your child about "Dolphin Dollars" and our LMDES Schoolwide Expectations!
Bus Safety & Expectations
Please take a few moments to view the video below and review the Student Rules for Transportation with your student(s). Student safety on the bus is the shared responsibility of students, parents, bus drivers, and the school.
Regularly reviewing bus expectations with your student will help ensure a safe ride to and from school each day. Riding the bus is a privilege; it takes all of us to safely transport our students each day. Thank you for your support!
