Week of May 13 at Builta
- 5th Grade had a wonderful time at their 5th grade party led by the PTA. Thank you to Mrs. Zarinah Bradway and Mrs. Erin Stanko for coordinating and planning the party as well as for organizing the 5th grade t-shirt and sign orders. Thank you as well to the parents who volunteered to support the party.
- 3rd grade had a trip to Safety Town where they met with the Naperville Fire Department.
- We held a Family Recess Day. Students had a great time having recess with their families. Thank you to our families who were able to support Builta Runners (Mr. Arain, Aleena Arain, and Mrs. Pagano) for the October Naperville Half-Marathon. IPSD 204 runners are raising funds for their specific school and the Indian Prairie Education Foundation.
Week of May 20 at Builta:
- 5.23: Kindergarten field trip to Blackberry Farm
- 5.24: NVHS Senior Event on Blacktop @9:30 am, weather permitting-- Graduating Senior Event
PBIS Incentive
Builta students are working towards filling the PBIS Rocket with another round of blue tickets before the school year ends. The goal is an all school recess. Builta students are halfway to their fun behavior incentive.
Badger Registration Race
Monday is the last day of the registration race where students can earn a special pencil and eraser and registration applies to the count for the dilly bar recess. The 2024 Badger Registration Race

Online registration for the 2024-25 school year has begun. Student registration is completed online through Parentvue.
5/28: Beach Day: Wear flip flops, a lei, or other beachwear (no swimsuits, please)
5/29: Inside Out Day:
Wear your clothes inside-out.
5/30:
Builta Spirit Wear Day and Field Day: Show your school spirit by wearing your field day, Builta spirit wear shirt. Or, wear blue and white clothing.
5/31:
Dance Party Day: Wear crazy clothes, bring your sunglasses, mardi gras beads, a feather boa or other fun items to participate in a beginning of the day dance party.
