Sumner High students make exciting move to new building
This week, students moved into the brand new Sumner High School Phase 1 Modernization and Expansion Project! This 86,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art building includes a new commons, library, kitchen/cafeteria, 18 classrooms and additional restrooms. The new building houses science and social studies departments, with brand new science labs. Other features include updated security and technology, a mezzanine and outdoor courtyard, and a new Spart Mart student store.
This amazing new learning space would not have been possible without the support of our Sumner and Bonney Lake communities! Thank you to the voters who approved Phase 1 of the Sumner High School Modernization and Expansion project as part of our 2016 Capital Bond.
