December 16th - 6pm: Basketball Band (Wind Ensemble) ** Parents & Alumni invited to participate! See Below! **

Saturday December 10th - At the Lions Club

Set up and Kitchen folks will need to arrive at 7:00am

We will need parent/student help setting up tables and chairs. Adults needed to help with the prep and the making of the pancakes and all the other fixins.

All other volunteers need to arrive by 8:00am

Folks that want to monitor watching food levels, drink levels, monitor the craft table for the little kiddos.

Clean Up starts at noon

Can't make it for the event? No prob! We'll need help at the end to put the tables and chairs away, as well as sweep/mop the floors. The kitchen area will needed cleaned up too.

If everyone could plan to stay until we are all cleaned up, it will ensure things get taken care of FAST. There is another event at 2pm, so we will need to be outta there before then.

If you are an alum/parent in our program and would like to join the kids to play during the basketball game on Friday, Dec 16th, please fill out the form below!

This is a boys game against New Castle. Wind Ensemble is scheduled to play for this game, but all are invited!

For basketball games, we do a quick warm up and rehearsal at 6:00pm, then move down to the gym during the 4th quarter of the JV game, and leave once the varsity game is finished (usually between 9-9:15pm)

February 3rd and 4th

Last year we had nearly 1,000 students from 20+ schools along with their music directors and families from Lawrence North all the way to South Ripley.

We anticipate this year will have even more students.

We typically have 15-20 rooms with performances going on throughout the day and we need your help to make sure each kid has every chance to do their best!
