Immediate Action Needed this Week (beginning July 23rd)!
All families need to complete the Annual Student Check-In (used to be known as ‘registration days’). This check-in is done through the PowerSchool Parent Portal online. The portal opens this Tuesday, July 23rd through Thursday, July 25th. You can complete this at home (or your vacation home away from home 🙂 ). Attached is the checklist of all the steps you will need to complete in order to fulfill the Annual Student Check-In process.

If you are new to the District and do not have a Parent PowerSchool Account or are having problems login into your account please contact the schools office at 602-664-7600 for assistance or email meadowsoffice@madisoned.org
Walk-Through Days July 24-25
We will be hosting an in-person Walk-through event this Wednesday (11 am -4 pm) and Thursday (7 am -11 am) for families who are in town.
We will have computers available for families to complete the check-in process as well as information tables for transportation, athletics, the Madison Education Foundation (arts), 2023-23 AASA assessment scores, PTM, PE t-shirts for sale, etc. You will be able to pay the activity fee online through PowerSchool or at the event.
Please know that student schedules will not be available to pick up! Schedules will be available for viewing on PowerSchool next week.
