District News from the Fairview Park City Schools
On behalf of the Fairview Park City School District Board of Education and the entire administrative team, I would like to welcome all of our students and families back to the beginning of the 2023-2024 school year.
The beginning of a new school year marks a fresh chapter in our journey of learning, growth, and collaboration. This year, we are excited to share a new strategic plan that will help guide our organization in its pursuit of excellence. You will hear more about the strategic plan in future updates.
Our goal is to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where each child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Our staff continues to foster personalized learning that supports students’ needs, interests, and strengths.
Throughout the summer, our dedicated staff has been working hard to prepare for the upcoming year, and we are all eager to welcome our students back.
Back-to-school time is an incredibly busy time of year for parents, and the Fast Five Newsletter is designed to provide families with information to help make the beginning of the school year easier. You can also contact the school's main office with any questions or concerns.
We look forward to welcoming students back to school starting Tuesday, August 22. Thank you for your continued support. We are looking forward to another exciting year of learning and growth.

The FPAC BOOSTERS are proud to announce our FALL ATHLETE SHOWCASE!
Join us on Sunday, August 20 at 10:30 AM at Fairview Stadium for this FREE event to kick off the 2023-2024 school year.
- We will have food, giveaways, and a chance to sign up to become a member of the FPAC Boosters to continue to support all of the athletes at Mayer Middle School and Fairview High School.
- Enjoy the 7th through 12th grade Parade of Athletes and special recognition to the Fall Senior Athletes.
- Cheer for your favorite teams as they compete in a fun competition to be named the ULTIMATE WARRIORS!
From now until August 20, purchase books at the Books-A-Million at Westgate Shopping Center (3230 Westgate Mall Drive, Fairview Park) and the store will make a donation back to the Fairview Park City School District. Last year, Books-A-Million donated over $4,500 worth of books to Fairview Park students!
