Hello Ethridge Families!
September has gone by us at light-speed it seems!
I want to take a moment to thank our hardworking, dedicated PTA members and Board for all of your support and investment of time and effort on behalf of our students and teachers! The SPACE assemblies and other special student programs and events, teacher luncheons, and last but not least the well-timed surprise Sonic Drinks really make our campus extra special for ALL!
I'd like to announce that 100% of our Teachers have joined PTA! We again have earned the GOLDEN APPLE AWARD!!
Parents--- if you have not yet purchased your PTA membership to support our school, please consider doing so now! It really isn't about the next level of award, it's about Ethridge being the best school around because our parents help make it that way with their support and involvement! This heat is finally letting up a little! Let's see how long that lasts! I can't even look at my fall clothing options without breaking a sweat! LOL!
All of our Eagle parents and students from last year know what October brings!! And it's not just Fall! It's almost FUN RUN TIME!! That's right.....Oct. 10th -25th is our Fun Run Donation Drive to raise fund for all of the special things we do and provide for our students and teachers! We are looking forward to doing our FUN RUN a little different this year! See the Save the Date flyer below!

10/25 (Fri) 13th Annual Family FUN RUN!! Join us in the field areas at Ethridge for the Fun Run and then for a picnic style lunch after! Bring your own or purchase from Cafe an awesome grilled on site Hamburger/Hotdog lunch!
5pm -10 p.m. Spirit Night @ Rock7Brew --hand them the flyer from Ethridge, then kick back and enjoy while supporting our AWESOME PTA!
10/28(Mon) Red Ribbon Week Kickoff and dress up theme week (more info to come!)
10/31 (Thurs) Book Character Day ---Students can dress up in favorite Book Character and BRING their book/print out of cover of book or appropriate comic/book made movie character! No weapons or scary stuff like blood and no masks!
Try not to let them eat too much candy!! Thanks from all of our teachers! LOL! Happy Halloween!
You know we love to involve our parents and one way for that is to get Voly Background Checked to be able to volunteer and chaperone field trips! Please get your Voly done and start volunteering for any ETHRIDGE Opportunities!

TCHS Cheer Clinic Oct. 7th!
The clinic is open to ages 4-13. Each participant will receive a certificate and a picture with a cheerleader or mascot. Participants will also be eligible to cheer pre-game and first quarter of the varsity football game on October 13th. Game information will be handed out at the clinic.

Destination Imagination
Destination Imagination is a program that encourages the use of the creative process to create unique solutions to different challenges. Parents can use the zoom link to access the meeting. Let's Walk or Roll to School on Oct. 2nd!!
PTA will be out front on Wednesday, Oct. 2nd, to greet all of our walking and rolling students!! There will be music, sidewalk chalk and a festive start to our school day! See you there!
Ethridge PTA's 1st SPIRIT Night at ROCK and BREW!
Let's all turn out for a great time after FUN RUN for dinner at ROCK and BREW!!! What a great way to kick back and relax! A % of the proceeds goes back to our PTA when you bring the flyer that your child will get from ETHRIDGE a few days before Oct. 25th! OR you can take a pic of the flyer!
