Hello Fallbrook Families,

Data Confirmation is open in the Fallbrook High School Parent Portal! Please click HERE to access step-by-step instructions detailing how to complete your student's Data Confirmation Process (scroll down to access the instructions in Spanish).

Data Confirmation is an important part of beginning a new school year. Up-to-date information provides the school with accurate emergency contact information and details pertinent to student safety and ensures that parents have access to pEBT. Data Confirmation is available online for parents/guardians to update their information in preparation for the 2024-2025 school year and must be done prior to the student beginning school. Completing this process by Monday, July 29th ensures that students will have access to their digital school accounts, decreases the risk that they may be dropped from their assigned electives, and sets them up to complete school business prior to the start of the school year. Students with incomplete Data Confirmation will be required to complete it with the assistance of one of their educational rights holders (parent or guardian) prior to completing school business during back-to-school registration.

Please be prepared to provide proof of residency while completing Data Confirmation. Per California State Education Code, all students must provide proof of residency and housing status as part of student enrollment and registration. Documents provided must be current; dated within 30 days. This may be done by uploading documents during data confirmation or bringing documents to registration. Valid documents include:

· Utility bills tied to the home

· Property Tax payment or receipt with parent name and property address

· Pay stubs

· Voter’s registration

· State/Government agency mail (EC 48204.1)

· Rental property contract

· Lease or payment receipts

If you reside with friends/family and do not pay rent, we will accept an Affidavit. Additionally, the individual(s) you live with must provide one of the above-listed documents.

Registration is an opportunity for students and families to take care of “school business” for the upcoming school year.

What do students/families do during registration?

Purchase PE clothes and/or ASB spirit packages

Learn about programs and activities available during the school year

I checked my registration date, and I can't attend my assigned day. What do I do?

Make-up registration is available on Friday, August 2nd.

Note: If you have students in multiple grades, they may attend together on one day so that your family is not here on multiple days; in this case, we ask that your older student attend on the date assigned to your younger student.

Do I need to do anything before attending registration?

YES! In order to ensure a smooth registration process, families must complete their Data Confirmation online before attending registration. If Data Confirmation is not completed in advance, families will be provided support in completing this process before taking care of school business.
