No School on Monday, September 2 (Labor Day) and Tuesday, September 2 (Election Day). Enjoy your long weekend!!

Thank you for your cooperation the first two days! We had a great school opening yesterday and we are in for a great year! Mr. Persico, our Vice Principal is doing a fantastic job and we are thankful he has joined our WES family! If you need to reach him, his email is spersico@westportschools.org .

Please either email mcairol@westportschools.org with your beginning of the year paper work or you can send it in with your child on Monday. It is very important we receive this paper work as soon as possible. Thank you for your cooperation!

If you do not have a log in or are having trouble with your parent portal, please email mcairol@westportschools.org . It is very important that you are able to log into the portal as we are not sending report card home and you will need to log into the portal to view them.

Cars will be allowed in the drop off lane no earlier than 8:15 AM For the safety of the students, parents are prohibited from using the employee parking area as a drop off point unless directed to do so by a Staff member on duty. Students can not be dropped off earlier than 8:25 AM.

Students who do not ride the bus are dismissed directly to their vehicles in the parent pick-up lane starting at 2:45 PM No Parent / Guardian is allowed to wait in the pick up line before 2:15 PM.

If you are picking up your child early or there is a change in dismissal plan, please send a note to the Homeroom teacher or email wesoffice@westportschools.org before 12PM. Please notify the school and not just tell your child as we need to hear from a Parent/Guardian that the plan has changed for the safety of your child.

There will be no early dismissals in the building after 2:15 PM. After 2:15 PM, you will have to join the Parent Pick Up Line. Please plan accordingly if you have an appointment. Thank you!
