FROM OUR PRINCIPAL, MS. FOUNDAS
Dear Happy Hollow Families,
I hope you are finding joy and insight as you connect with your child’s teachers during conferences. These meetings offer such valuable moments to celebrate progress, identify goals, and strengthen our partnership in supporting your child’s learning journey. We appreciate your time, commitment, and engagement in this process.
You may have heard the exciting news that BASE is increasing its after-school enrollment! To support this program and ensure proper supervision of our students, we kindly remind families that our playground is closed until 6:00 pm during the school week. This will allow BASE staff to actively supervise our students.
I wish you a wonderful weekend. Please click here for my weekly update.
Respectfully,
Nicolette Foundas, Principal
FROM OUR PTO

Gift Your Child Fundraising Update! 💝
Thank you to all who made Movie Night a HUGE success! Our events are funded by
your donations! Please donate whatever you can : https://waylandpto.org/gift-your-
child/
Lost And Found
Please visit the lost and found located mid-way through the main
hallway on your left. It is getting full and will be donated shortly.
World Fair
We are looking for a few volunteers to help plan the 2025 World Fair (typically in the spring). This is a wonderful event which showcases different countries and our community’s diversity. You will liaise with Claypit and Loker volunteers to pick a date, secure a space, recruit volunteers to present country specific tables and help with day- of logistics. The PTO will provide support in any capacity necessary. Please email happyhollowpto@gmail.com, if you would like to volunteer to help plan this event (requests for country/table signups will come later, but start thinking about a country you might like to represent).
Here is a photograph of the Shtutin Family visiting the Space Needle which was built for the 1962 World’s Fair. If you have visited a World’s Fair location, we can collect the pictures and showcase them at the fair as well!
