It's Conference Time!
Parent-teacher conferences are right around the corner, so I have included some important information regarding how to sign up for your child’s conference, as well as the dates and times of conferences.
How?
We will be using PickAtime, our online scheduler for parent-teacher conferences again.
This link will go live on Monday, February 3 at 9:00 a.m. and will close on Tuesday, February 11 at 4:00 p.m. If you need assistance in scheduling, or do not have access to the internet, please call our front office to schedule at 465-6300.
Picture Day February 20!
From the Counselor...
February brings us National Random Acts of Kindness Week, encouraging us to put kindness first and share it everywhere we go. Everyone needs a little kindness sometimes, and we never know when to expect it. At Colbert we are going to spread random acts of kindness throughout our school during the entire month of February. Our teachers will be participating in a variety of activities in the classroom each week. During the week of February 17th we also have a few focused, school wide, activities planned. Check in with your child this month for more information and details about how our kindness activities are going!

If there is an emergency at the school, parents will be contacted by our front office.
District Nutrition Policy
As the holidays approach I just wanted to give our families a reminder about our Policy 6700 around Nutrition. As a district we are allowed to have only one class party a month with snacks that are not Smart Snacks. We encourage our families to contact their child's teacher for alternative ways that birthdays can be celebrated in the classroom. You can find the policy at the link below.
