Parents/ Guardians,

Students will get out at 12:40pm on the last day of school, Thursday, 6/13. Please plan accordingly.

Casimir hosted the 3rd annual Public Forum Debate this past Saturday! 12 teams competed from various schools in the district. It was an intense competition and a huge shout out goes out to all of the Casimir debaters. A special congratulations to Alyssa Yoo and Dante Aguilar who took 2nd place in the tournament.

Here are the names of the debaters from left to right in the picture: Brandon Villanueva, Shivani Tulachan, Josiah Lee, Dante Aguilar, Alyssa Yoo, Mikayla Lee, Madeline Sanada, Kevin Matsumoto, and Brian Hu.

Pick up your new codes and replacement cards starting Monday 6/24, from the District Office (2335 Plaza del Amo) or from the front office of Torrance, North, South or West High Schools Mon. through Fri. 8:15 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Quick Guide to Reporting Student Absences

If/When your student is absent please notify us via email by sending an absence note with the following information to cook.lindsay@tusd.org

Absence Notes should include:

1. Date

2. Name of your Child

3. Date of absence

4. Reason for absence (if out due to illness please specify what symptoms your child is having)

5. Parent/Guardian Name & Relationship (absence notes can only be accepted from Primary Guardians listed in PowerSchool)

6. Phone Number where you can be reached

Our schoolwide focus PBIS is: I am successful because I try my best.

The Wellness Center in Room 24 is a space available for students to relax, play games, socialize, and talk to the counselor. It is open everyday at lunch time except for Tuesdays.
