Congratulations to Mr. Briskey's Band & Orchestra Ensembles!
TVHS Music Festival Information & Results
From Mr. Briskey:
This is the most students that we have had at festival. There are three judges at this festival, and they have copies of the music. The judges each rate the ensemble based on a rubric. The scores start with Poor (V), Fair (IV), Good (III), Excellent (II), and Superior (I). In the event you earn a superior rating from each judge you are recognized as having unanimous superiors.
- Our Orchestra competed March 20 and did a great job. They earned an overall rating of Excellent.
- Our Symphonic Band competed March 21, and earned a rating of Unanimous Superior.
Congratulations to all students! We are proud of you!
