This is a date change! We have rescheduled this event to Thursday to give students a free Friday evening. The evening schedule will be:

5:30pm-7:30pm - Rehearsal

7:30pm - Welcome and introductions

7:45pm - JV Drumline Performance

8:00pm - Varsity Drumline Performance

8:15pm - "Out of the Box" Debut!

All students receive 1 show shirt covered in their band fees. If you would like to order them additional shirts this is where to do this. This form is also your only chance to order show shirts for family!

The time has come to order your official SHOW SHIRTS and SENIOR SHIRTS! Seniors will receive a t-shirt with their band dues, but if parents want one for senior night then get your orders in! We also have long-sleeve and sweatshirt options! I've had some requests for the drawstring backpacks, so I added those to the store as well. The store will close September 4th at 11:59 pm and will NOT re-open.

Also, we have yard signs! This will be the last order for yard signs until the spring, so grab them while you can! Orders will also close on September 4th.

Hello PISD band families!

We are hosting our third annual Bands of America contest on Saturday, October 12! There are many volunteer opportunities for adults and students. Please scroll through them all and sign up where you are able.

All volunteers will start at the volunteer check-in table to get a wrist band and further instructions. Volunteers (with the exception of Concessions) will receive a volunteer t-shirt to be worn during your shift. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your shift to allow time for check-in.

**TIMES/NEEDS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE** as we learn more about the schedule. We appreciate your flexiblity and understanding.

As we get closer to the event, there will be a volunteer training meeting in the Community Room at Children's Health Stadium. Please attend if you are signed up in any position.

All students are required to submit a sports physical prior to the start of band camp. This is required for all students who are entering their 1st or 3rd year in the program. Students entering their 2nd and 4th year do not need to update their physical.

Physicals should be either handed to a band director or scanned and sent via email to a director prior to the start of band camp.

1. Confirm with your student that they have created their profile.
2. Share you student's fundraiser profile on Social Media.
3. Check in on the progress of your student's calendar!

If your student has a schedule concern, please have them follow exactly what their Skyward schedule says. We realize there are several schedule errors and we are working with counselors to resolve these. Band placements have not changed.
