Dear Madonna Families,

As we come to the close of another school year, our hearts are filled with gratitude. It has been a true pleasure for our new administrative team to learn, grow, and work alongside each and every one of you. Throughout the year, we have witnessed the beautiful ways in which our school community has embraced our theme of "Growing in Christ." From our youngest Preschool learners to our Grade 4 leaders, we have seen faith, kindness, curiosity, and leadership blossom.

To our students and staff who are moving on to new adventures, we send you with our heartfelt blessings. You will always be a cherished part of the Madonna Catholic School family. We are forever grateful to have journeyed with you this year. Thank you to these staff members who will be moving on next year: Ms Bretlyn Wing (EA), Mrs. Carol Bennett (EA), Mrs, Tracy McCloy, Mrs. Sheryl Fleck (EA), Mrs. Maria Fawcett (ECS Cogito teacher) , Mrs, Njogu (teacher) and Mrs. Roberts (secretary) who moves to retirement!

Over the past six weeks, Mrs. Larose's grade two class have learned about the life cycle of the butterfly in science by watching them move through their life cycle in our classroom. These beautiful creatures were released late last week!

Special thanks to the OLPH Parish Knights of Columbus members who helped to restore some of the "mud ktichen" area as well as the planters inside the Preschool Play Area on the southside of our school yard. Your commitment to supporting our school by making the learning spaces for our youngest students creative and inviting is greatly appreciated!
