Molnar's Community Update

Tonight is the night! Thank you to everyone who joined us this morning for our WKYC Friday Football Fever Feature. It was the perfect way to kick off an exciting day! We hope you will join us for the Homecoming Parade and Game this evening. Let's fill the stands to cheer on our Comets as they take on Avon Lake!

We hope that you will plan to join us for our annual Homecoming Parade and Football Game. The parade will begin at 5 p.m. and will feature our fall athletes, clubs, class floats, Homecoming Court, and more. Please see the route above. The parade is always a great way to kick off our Homecoming Festivities, so we hope that you will come join in on the fun. Please note that the parade will only be canceled if there is lightning and thunder.

The Homecoming program will begin at 6:30 p.m. in our Mercy Health Stadium, where we will introduce our Homecoming Court and name our 2024 Homecoming King and Queen. The game will follow at 7:00 p.m. Come cheer on our Comets as they take on Avon Lake!

Congratulations also to our JVS Representatives, Cayden Robinson and Ryan Watkins. We were unable to secure a photo of them before tonight, but rest assured that they will be present at tonight's game!

Assistant Superintendent Sarah Walker and Technology Innovation Specialist Amanda Sears are planning a #CometCommunity Parent Information Night covering the following topic: AI Uncovered: A Community Introduction

We want parents to be aware of what AI is as it continues to grow in popularity. We hope you will come to learn more about AI and ask questions to have a better understanding. This event is open to our parents and community members. It will not be live-streamed, so please make plans to attend!
