Principal Message
As we welcome the warmer days of May, I am delighted of our continued success to create a leadership culture where all students are empowered to explore, learn, and lead with kindness.
This month we celebrate the true heroes of our school...our teachers! I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to our dedicated teachers and staff who work tirelessly to support our students' growth and success. Their unwavering commitment to providing quality education and fostering a nurturing environment is truly commendable. I hope you'll join me in celebrating our teachers throughout the week of May 6th-May 10th.
It's state testing time and our students in grades 3-5 are preparing for the state test. Below you will find our testing schedule as well as links to SBA information you may find useful. I encourage students to be at school for our testing dates/times and to get plenty of rest and nutrition to keep them fueled to do their best.
Lastly, I want to remind everyone that our school will be closed on Memorial Day, which falls on May 27th this year. Please take this time to reflect on and honor the sacrifices made by our brave men and women in uniform.
As we approach the end of the school year, let's celebrate our achievements and look forward to the exciting possibilities that lie ahead. Remember, we are stronger together, and I am confident that by working collaboratively, we can continue to achieve great things for our students.
Wishing you all a wonderful month filled with joy, growth, and plenty of sunshine!
The Sky is the Limit,

Habit 7: Sharpen The Saw
This month we'll be talking about Habit 7: Sharpen the Saw! This means to have balance in your life.
The story is that a man was sawing down a tree and not making much progress. When asked why he didn't stop to sharpen his saw, he answered that he was too busy. Habit 7 reminds us that we are more productive when we are in balance: body, brain, heart, and soul. If one area is being ignored or overused, the rest will feel the results.
April Town Hall Meeting
Habit 6: Synergize
We concluded the month of April with our monthly Town Hall Meeting. Thank you to our special guests Harbor and Parker for showing us that even service dogs can synergize to help students with special needs.
