Volunteers – We always need volunteers! Parents, grandparents, older siblings can all volunteer! Set up begins at 5:00, please meet on the playground on the patio near the pavilion. We also need volunteers for various stations during the fun fair from 6-8. Clean up will begin promptly at 8pm and should last an hour at most. Let us know if you or someone in your family can volunteer by returning the bottom portion of this sheet.
Donations – We are taking donations for the pop toss (cans) and cake walk (individual is ideal but any dessert works!). Donations can be dropped off in the WPE office. Cake walk donations should be dropped off in the office starting the week of 4/5. Anything donated for the cake walk should be store purchased and packaged.
Ticket pre-sales – If you purchase tickets prior to fun fair they are 5 for $1. The price for tickets purchased at fun fair is 4 for $1. We highly recommend purchasing tickets pre-sale, you can skip the line and go straight to the fun when you arrive! Pre-sale tickets can be purchased by sending the bottom portion of this sheet to school with your student, tickets will come back home with them, or you can stop in the WPE office during school hours.
We will have several food trucks set up during the fair again this year. If you would like to eat during the fun fair, please plan ahead and bring cash, all trucks may not take cards.
Helpful tips:
· Please be sure to bring cash in smaller bills if possible, we run through our change very fast when we have to break a lot of large bills.
· Most games are 1-3 tickets. Dunk booth and face painting will be 5 tickets each, cake walk will be 4 tickets.
