Hello All --
I hope you have had a relaxing weekend and that our swimmers were able to get at least one dryland work out in. I apologize for the lateness in getting this out but we were up in Mt Hood National Forest cutting down our Christmas trees and have just returned home.
It is hard to believe that we are coming up on winter break. With that in mind, please remember that it is easy to ignore your practice but it is important to push through and continue to finish what you started in both school and athletics.
- Swimsuit fees - thank you to everyone who has already paid. We are still a few short and need those payments asap. Thank you for taking care of this asap
- Athletic Fees -- these need to be paid as well.
- Mandatory Swimmer and Parent information: Thank you to those who have already done this. In order to have the most up to date email lists, communication info, etc... We need everyone to please fill out the correct form by Wednesday of this week. Thank you
- Thank you to everyone that has supported our fundraiser, it has been a great success. We are so thankful for the generosity of our donors. IF this was not the fundraiser for you, we will have one more comping up with our Midnight Madness. More information to come over winter break.

SwimSuit Payments and Info
Swim Suit Ordering
The cost for all suits men and women is $70. The cost covers all of the sublimation, the suit and shipping. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to me, we are here to help everyone.
The cost of the suit is found on your swimmers account through parentvue. Thank you for taking care of this fee.
Athletic Participation Fee
Now that the season has begun, Athletic participation fees are due. The fee is $100 and should be paid through your swimmers' athletic registration. Please take a moment to get that taken care of quickly.

Nutrition Tip of the Week
Dryland Tip of the Week
I encourage each of you to try dryland at least three times a week. It is important to build in dry land workouts into your schedule. It is important to build in dry land workouts into your schedule. This week we are working on our hip flexors. This is important to keep our hips healthy and flexible for various strokes (specifically Butterfly and Breaststroke but enhances Freestyle and Backstroke).
