ART HELP (for everyone)
To help us make the rubble for Alice by Heart : think of what rubble from a demolished building would look like.
We are asking everyone to bring in a minimum of 2 items to a set build! These items should be recyclable such as cardboard tissue boxes (nothing larger than a shoe box please/ think brick sizes), cereal boxes, small boxes, bubble wrap packaging, paper towel rolls, lightweight broken items (broken picture frames, fabric, broken plates etc.)

It takes many people with various talents and skills to effectively run the Harlequin Club. Parent involvement is not only encouraged but is the backbone of the success of this club. Please consider joining an existing parent leader as part of their team or if you are able to take on a larger role consider one of our leadership vacancies. These are very important roles that need to be filled!

- LOBBY DECORATOR (3 MAIN STAGE SHOWS) – works w/Art Lead Officer & House Manager
- SET BUILD ASSISTANT (assists Al directly) -Thank you LT (signed up at meeting) - need one or two more adults
- COSTUME COORDINATOR (assists Sharon directly)
- FESTIVAL COORDINATOR (Bucks County Playhouse/Philadelphia Independence Awards) one day events
- VIDEOGRAPHER (someone w/photography experience/may hire someone if needed)
- SUMMER MEET AND GREET PARTY (2025/2026 school year) hosts a summer party right before school (August 2025)
