Important Pre-Cinderella Audition To Dos
- Submit your audition form no later than Sunday (so we can print forms for audition week)
- Pay your $60 Cinderella participation fee (covers t shirt, tech/show week food, snacks, dressing room supplies etc. (pay on MYPAYMENTSPLUS or bring check with you to your audition made payable to "CB WEST STUDENT ACTIVITIES FUND/Harlequin Club) -this is a NO CUT show.
- PREPARE and PRINT your audition sides. Limited copies will be available at auditions.
- EVERYONE auditioning MUST attend dance auditions on Wednesday (wear comfortable clothes that you can move in/rehearsal skirts for girls are helpful) Bring jazz, tap and/or character shoes if you have them (if you don't have dance shoes-wear sneakers)

PARENT LEADERSHIP AND VOLUNTEERING
It takes many people with various talents and skills to effectively run the Harlequin Club. Parent involvement is not only encouraged but is the backbone of the success of this club. Please consider joining an existing parent leader as part of their team or if you are able to take on a larger role consider one of our leadership vacancies. These are very important roles that need to be filled!

- TICKET LEAD –oversees ticket website/needs a team of volunteers for ticket sales
- LOBBY DECORATOR (3 MAIN STAGE SHOWS) – works w/Art Lead Officer & House Manager
- SET BUILD ASSISTANT (assists Al directly) -Thank you LT (signed up at meeting) - need one or two more adults
- COSTUME COORDINATOR (assists Sharon directly)
- FESTIVAL COORDINATOR (Bucks County Playhouse/Philadelphia Independence Awards) one day events
- VIDEOGRAPHER (someone w/photography experience/may hire someone if needed)
- SUMMER MEET AND GREET PARTY (2025/2026 school year) hosts a summer party right before school (August 2025)
