BROADWAY TRIP: Tuesday March 4, 2025 (leaving school @ 1:30 pm)

ANY Harlequin Club Student who plans to go on this Broadway Trip MUST complete this form first!
STUDENT PRIORITY: In order to ensure that all Harlequin Club Students get first priority to purchase their Broadway ticket & dinner AND coach bus transportation for this trip, we are providing a student purchase window before extending the opportunity to parents and family members. Mrs. Sanchez kindly pre-purchased all the tickets to get us this awesome group rate price so you will be reimbursing her directly! SEE DETAILS BELOW.
Students will have until January 18th to buy their tickets (from Mrs. Sanchez -see below) and indicate their need for transportation (on the above form). After January 18th, any remaining Hadestown tickets and dinner (for other family members) and available bus seats (parents only) will be first come first serve.

ROUNDTRIP COACH BUS TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM CB WEST: $50 (due 2/5 -see below)
ALL students who indicated a need for transportation on the above form before January 18th will automatically reserve a seat on the bus. There are only 50 seats, so w/students & chaperones, we expect to have about 15 seats or so left over for parents.
On January 19th -an email will be sent to all the parents of students who have purchased tickets listing the number of remaining bus seats and then those remaining bus seats will be then be "open" for other students and *PARENTS (only) to purchase on a first come first serve basis, by emailing Claudine Piechotta. (please indicate parent/parents name/s, your attending student and number of seats needed)
*If parents can only attend the show/dinner if they have bus transportation -PLEASE ensure you have a bus seat BEFORE buying your Broadway ticket/dinner. Once the bus is full it's full!

PARENT LEADERSHIP AND VOLUNTEERING
It takes many people with various talents and skills to effectively run the Harlequin Club. Parent involvement is not only encouraged but is the backbone of the success of this club. Please consider joining an existing parent leader as part of their team or if you are able to take on a larger role consider one of our leadership vacancies. These are very important roles that need to be filled! We have a number of senior parents who will be vacating these leadership roles after graduation 2025
LOOKING AHEAD: CHECK OUT PARENT LEADERSHIP VACANCIES FOR 2025/26
Leadership roles currently held by parents of seniors will need to be a replaced next year, so please consider joining one of these parents to "learn the ropes" as these are most urgent.
