The Hive Happenings

• MHS currently have 24 students enrolled in Tarleton University (0 last year)

• MHS currently have 20 students enrolled in Hill College (7 last year)

• MHS is currently offering 3 face-to-face classes from Tarleton University with our teachers (College Algebra - L. Schur, Music Appreciation - D. Yguerabide, Agribusiness - M. Pittman). Next year we hope to bring English, Science, Education, and History.

• Tx / New Mexico Power is installing a meter Ag Shop at the old High School. Mr. Pittman is planning a Grand Re-opening to invite parents and community. Date is TBD.

• 2 students in Education Practicum currently serving elementary students at MES.

Pep Rallies will take place during Jacket Period for Middle School and High School Football. The times for Jacket period are 10:21 a.m. - 10:51 a.m.

Valentine Ramirez from Ms. Dunn's class was honored as the VIY for resilience and turning on a "ready to learn" attitude.
